FCSI Asia Pacific at FHA HoReCa

Nov 4, 2024 | Past Event

FHA HoReCa 2025 in Singapore proved to be a resounding triumph for FCSI’s Asia Pacific Division, an affair that drew attention, sparked meaningful dialogue, and deepened connections across the spectrum of hospitality professionals.

Though modest in size, FCSI’s booth made a significant impact, drawing a surge of interest from consultants, manufacturers, and industry insiders. This attention was fuelled not only by the engaging conversations but also by the anticipation of what 2025 holds, particularly our much-anticipated conference in Vietnam.

The true highlight of the event for FCSI came on Day 3, when we hosted an afternoon charged with insights, debate, and camaraderie. Photos from Day 3 FCSI Event can be viewed here

The panel series, aptly named “Future of Hospitality,” was a standout—an electrifying session that filled every seat and left standing room only. Moderated with finesse, it brought together voices from different sides of the industry. It was a blend of perspectives that dissected sustainability challenges, operational tightropes, and the unexpected elements shaping the horizon of hospitality. The recording can be viewed here.

Following this was a masterclass from our Gold Sponsor Botinkit, which provided a glimpse into the future of kitchen operations. The audience was transported to a world where AI and robotics redefined labor, balanced costs, and dared the boundaries of culinary efficiency. It provided a glimpse into the operational realities where margins are tight and every saved second matters. And it resonated—every slide, every demonstration sparked questions and discussions that hummed long after the session ended. The Masterclass can be viewed here.

The feedback? It came in waves of nods and post-event conversations that confirmed this was exactly the kind of forward-thinking dialogue our industry needs.

The day ended in the best way any day can—with a drink, plenty of handshakes, and the unmistakable energy of people reconnecting. Over 130 attendees gathered for FCSI’s networking hour, turning the room into a mixture of laughter, photo opportunities, and exchanged stories. It was the kind of gathering that reminds you why, in an industry driven by the art of human connection, moments like these are priceless. Attendees spoke candidly about the connections made, noting that some of the most meaningful exchanges of the entire four-day exhibition happened in that packed room, over canapés and the clink of glasses.

In the end, FHA 2025 was an affirmation of FCSI’s standing in the industry—a community robust and poised for what comes next. As we move into 2025, the energy of Singapore fuels our momentum, setting the stage for an even larger spotlight on Vietnam next year.
